Using Nifty
By creating an account or using Nifty you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or be using a managed account created for you by a parent or guardian.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Nifty to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or abusive content, spam other members, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the lists, items, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and share it with the people you choose so the service can function.
Gifts, links & third parties
Nifty helps you organize gift ideas; it is not a store. Product links, prices, and availability come from third-party retailers and may be inaccurate or out of date. We’re not responsible for purchases you make, for gift exchanges you run, or for the conduct of other members.
Service “as is”
Nifty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You can stop using Nifty and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email support@nifty.gift.
