Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated June 2026

Nifty earns a small commission from some of the retailer links on the site. Here’s exactly how that works — and what it means for you (short version: nothing changes about the price you pay).

The short version

Some of the “Buy” / “View” links on Nifty are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, Nifty may earn a small commission from the retailer — at no additional cost to you. It never changes the price you pay, and it helps fund the app.

How it works

When you click a product link, Nifty sends you through a short redirect (our /go link) that adds our affiliate tag to the destination before forwarding you to the retailer. The tag tells the retailer the visit came from Nifty so we’re credited if you buy. You always end up on the retailer’s real product page — we don’t hide where a link goes.

Which programs we use

Nifty participates in the Amazon Associates program and may participate in other retailers’ affiliate programs. Which retailers are monetized can change over time.

It doesn’t influence what’s on a list

Affiliate relationships never affect which items appear on a wishlist or how they’re ordered — those are chosen entirely by the list owner. We add affiliate tags to outbound links ourselves; we don’t change, rank, or recommend products based on commissions.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate, Nifty earns from qualifying purchases.
